How to Pay
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. If you fail to pay by July 11, 2025, your spot will be assigned to another vendor and your first right of refusal will be forfeited.
Payments should be sent preferably by Email Money Transfer (EMT) to [email protected] or by cheque made payable to The Royal St. John’s Regatta Committee Inc. Please include your Vendor Name in the memo section of your EMT or Cheque. We do not accept cash.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The deadline for vendor applications is July 11th, 2025. No exceptions.
- A Certificate of Liability Insurance is requested from Vendors naming Royal St. John’s Regatta Committee and the City of St. John’s as Additional Insured.
